Round Butte is a hydraulic turbine power plant located in Warm Springs, Oregon, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The facility boasts an operating capacity of 353 megawatts and is managed by the Portland General Electric Company, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company.
