Roth Rock North Wind Farm is a wind turbine facility located in Oakland, Maryland, within the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 10 MW, the farm contributes to the PJM Interconnection power control area. The plant is operated by EDF Renewable Services and is unregulated in its operations. The majority ownership lies with ORIX Corporation Europe NV, under the holding company ORIX Corporation. The primary fuel source for the facility is wind, and its power is primarily purchased by the State of Maryland.
