Roper Farm is a solar power facility located in Grover, North Carolina, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 5 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Solar Management Services and operates under an unregulated status. The majority ownership belongs to Strata Clean Energy, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced at Roper Farm is Duke Energy Progress, while the facility is part of the Duke Energy Carolinas power control area.
