Rolling Hills is a wind turbine power plant located in Glenrock, Wyoming, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The facility boasts an operating capacity of 99 megawatts and is managed by EDF Renewable Services. It operates under the regulatory oversight of the relevant authorities and is primarily owned by PacifiCorp, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. The plant is part of the PacifiCorp E+W power control area and utilizes wind as its primary fuel source. Other owners of the Rolling Hills power plant include PacifiCorp.
