Rocky Reach is a hydraulic turbine power plant located in Wenatchee, Washington, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 994.1 MW, it plays a crucial role in the energy landscape of the region. The plant is operated and majority-owned by the Public Utility District No 1 of Chelan County, which also serves as its holding company.
