The Roanoke Rapids facility, located in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, operates under the jurisdiction of the SERC Reliability Corporation within the PJM Interconnection power control area. The facility is managed by Virginia Electric and Power Company, which also serves as the majority owner. Dominion Energy holds the ownership stake through its holding company.
