Rice Two Solar is a solar power facility located in Morristown, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 0.8 megawatts, the plant contributes to the energy needs of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. The facility is managed by Rice Community Solar Two, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company. As an unregulated entity, Rice Two Solar harnesses solar energy, utilizing the sun as its primary fuel source, to provide sustainable power solutions in the region.
