RE Gillespie 1

RE Gillespie 1 is a solar power plant located in Buckeye, Arizona, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 15 MW, it harnesses the sun’s energy to generate electricity. The plant is operated by Re Gillespie 1 and is unregulated, providing flexibility in its operations. The majority ownership lies with Gamma Genco CV II, under the holding company MN8 Energy. Arizona Public Service Company serves as the primary power purchaser, integrating the renewable energy produced into the local grid.
