Rawhide Prairie Solar Hybrid is a solar power facility located in Wellington, Colorado, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 22 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by DEPCOM Power and operates under an unregulated status. The majority ownership belongs to Greenbacker Renewable Energy Corporation, which also serves as the holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced is Platte River Power Authority, ensuring a reliable distribution of renewable energy in the region.
