Randolf Solar is a solar power facility located in Mount Jackson, Virginia, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 4.23 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area and is operated by EDF Power Solutions North America, which also holds majority ownership. The facility is unregulated and is owned by EDF Renewables. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced at Randolf Solar is the Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative, making it a key contributor to the local renewable energy landscape.
