Quillwort Solar is a solar power facility located in Powhatan, Virginia, operating under the SERC Reliability Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 18 megawatts, the plant contributes to the PJM Interconnection power control area. The facility is managed by Virginia Electric and Power Company, which also serves as the majority owner. Quillwort Solar is regulated and is part of the Dominion Energy holding company, utilizing solar energy as its primary fuel source.
