Pleasants Energy is a gas turbine power plant located in Waverly, West Virginia, operating under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 339.5 MW, the facility is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area. The plant is managed by Omnis Fuel Technologies, which is also the majority owner and holding company. As an unregulated entity, Pleasants Energy utilizes gas as its primary fuel source, sourcing it from the Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage pipeline. The plant currently has no primary power purchaser.
