Platt Solar is a solar energy facility located in Lake Wilson, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. The facility is managed by Cannon River and operates within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. As an unregulated entity, Platt Solar is majority-owned by Distributed Solar Development, which is a subsidiary of BlackRock.
