Pivot Solar 7 is a solar power facility located in Rifle, Colorado, operating under the jurisdiction of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC). With an operating capacity of 2 megawatts, the plant utilizes solar technology to harness energy from the sun. The facility is managed by Nautilus Solar Energy, which also serves as the majority owner. The plant operates within the Public Service Company of Colorado’s power control area and holds an unregulated status. The ownership structure includes the Desmarais Family Residual Trust as the holding company, along with additional ownership stakes from Pansolo Holding. Other owners of the power plant include Nautilus Solar Energy and Pansolo Holding.
