The facility operates with a capacity of 4 megawatts and is part of the PacifiCorp E+W power control area. PacifiCorp serves as both the plant operator and the majority owner, with Berkshire Hathaway as the owner holding company. The plant is regulated and utilizes water as its primary fuel source.
