Pilesgrove

The Pilesgrove solar power plant, located in Pilesgrove, NJ, operates under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region with a capacity of 17.7 MW. Managed by Consolidated Edison Development, this unregulated facility harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area and primarily supplies power to Atlantic City Electric Company. The plant is majority-owned by Consolidated Edison Development, which is a subsidiary of RWE Aktiengesellschaft.
