Phoenix Wind Power is a wind turbine facility located in North Palm Springs, California, operating under the Western Electricity Coordinating Council. With an operating capacity of 2.1 MW, the plant is managed by Avangrid Renewables, which is also its majority owner. The facility operates in an unregulated environment and primarily supplies power to Southern California Edison Company. As part of Iberdrola SA’s portfolio, Phoenix Wind Power harnesses wind energy to contribute to the region’s renewable energy goals.
