Peyton Creek Wind Farm II is a state-of-the-art wind energy facility located in Bay City, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity region. Operated by RWE Renewables Americas, the plant is unregulated and primarily owned by RWE Clean Energy, a subsidiary of RWE Aktiengesellschaft.
