Perkins Road Belfast Solar is a solar power facility located in Belfast, Maine, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. Managed by Borrego Solar Systems, the facility is classified as unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership is held by Sunraise Development, which also serves as the owner holding company.
