Pegasus Community Solar is a solar power facility located in Brooten, Minnesota, within the Midwest Reliability Organization region. With an operating capacity of 1.8 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by BHE Solar and operates under the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. The facility is unregulated and is primarily owned by BHE Renewables, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. The electricity produced is purchased by Northern States Power Company, contributing to the region’s renewable energy supply.
