Pebble Springs Wind is a wind turbine facility located in Arlington, Oregon, with an operating capacity of 98.7 MW. It is part of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region and is operated by Avangrid Renewables. The plant is unregulated and primarily owned by Pebble Springs Wind, which is a subsidiary of Iberdrola SA. The facility harnesses wind energy to generate electricity, with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power serving as the primary power purchaser.
