Payne’s Ferry is a wind turbine facility located in Hagerman, Idaho, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 21 MW, the plant harnesses wind energy to generate electricity. It is operated by Longroad Energy Services and is unregulated, providing flexibility in its operations. The majority ownership lies with DIF Management BV, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the electricity generated at Payne’s Ferry is Idaho Power Company, ensuring a reliable market for the renewable energy produced at this site.
