Pacific Canyon Windfarm is a wind turbine facility located in Echo, Oregon, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC) region. With an operating capacity of 8.3 MW, the plant harnesses wind energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Constellation Energy Corporation, which also serves as the owner holding company, with Exelon Wind as the majority owner. The windfarm operates in an unregulated environment and supplies power primarily to PacifiCorp, which is the designated power control area for this facility.
