Oswego Falls West is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Fulton, New York, within the Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NERC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 2.6 megawatts and is part of the New York Independent System Operator’s power control area. The facility is managed by Erie Boulevard Hydropower and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership of Oswego Falls West is held by Brookfield Renewable Partners, a subsidiary of Brookfield Corporation. Utilizing water as its primary fuel source, the plant contributes to the region’s renewable energy portfolio.
