The Oregon Trail Windfarm, located in Echo, Oregon, operates under the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC Region) and features wind turbine technology with an operating capacity of 9.9 MW. The plant is managed by Constellation Energy Corporation, which also serves as the owner holding company, with Exelon Wind as the majority owner. As an unregulated facility, the windfarm generates power using wind as its primary fuel source, supplying energy primarily to PacifiCorp, the designated power purchaser.
