Olmsted Waste Energy is a biomass power plant located in Rochester, Minnesota, operating under the Midwest Reliability Organization. With a steam turbine technology, the facility has an operating capacity of 7.7 MW. It is managed by Olmsted County Public Works, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company.
