Oceana Solar is a solar power facility located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, operating under the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 17.6 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by the Virginia Electric and Power Company, which is also the majority owner, under the umbrella of Dominion Energy. The facility operates within the PJM Interconnection power control area and is regulated by state authorities.
