Oasis Alta is a wind turbine power plant located in Mojave, California, operating under the jurisdiction of the California Independent System Operator within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council. With an operating capacity of 14.4 MW, Oasis Alta harnesses wind energy to contribute to the region’s renewable energy portfolio. The plant is managed by Oasis Alta and is classified as unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership of the facility is held by Terra-Gen, which is part of the ECP continuation fund. Other owners of the power plant include Terra-Gen.
