Oak Leaf – Portfolio OL 37 is a solar power facility located in Watkins, Colorado, within the jurisdiction of the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC). The plant operates with a capacity of 1.5 megawatts and is managed by Oak Leaf Solar 37. It is situated within the Public Service Company of Colorado’s power control area. The facility is unregulated, allowing for flexible operational strategies. The majority ownership is held by Distributed Solar Development, with BlackRock serving as the owner holding company.
