Oak Leaf – Portfolio OL 36 is a solar power facility located in Bennett, Colorado, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 1.5 megawatts and is managed by Oak Leaf Solar XXXVI. It is situated within the Public Service Company of Colorado’s power control area. The facility is unregulated and primarily utilizes solar energy as its fuel source. The majority ownership of the plant is held by Distributed Solar Development, with BlackRock serving as the owner holding company.
