Nodal Power operates a 3.2 MW internal combustion plant located in Sunland Park, New Mexico, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. The facility, powered by biomass, is managed by Four Peaks Energy, which also holds majority ownership. As an unregulated plant, it supplies electricity primarily to the El Paso Electric Company, serving as a key player in the local power control area.
