Ninth Street Hydropower Project

The Ninth Street Hydropower Project, located in Alpena, Michigan, operates under the jurisdiction of the ReliabilityFirst Corporation within the NERC Region. It is integrated into the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area, ensuring efficient management of electricity distribution.
