Niangua is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Camdenton, Missouri, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. The plant operates with a capacity of 3 megawatts and is part of the Associated Electric Cooperative’s power control area. Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative serves as both the plant operator and the majority owner, maintaining an unregulated status. The facility utilizes water as its primary fuel source, contributing to sustainable energy production in the region.
