Nautilus Saint Cloud Solar is a solar power facility located in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, operating under the jurisdiction of the Midwest Reliability Organization. With an operating capacity of 5 megawatts, this plant contributes to the energy needs of the region while utilizing renewable solar energy as its primary fuel source. The facility is managed by Nautilus Solar Solutions and operates within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. Nautilus Solar Energy serves as the majority owner, with the Desmarais Family Residual Trust holding the ownership stake through its holding company. Additional ownership is shared with Pansolo Holding.
