Mooreland is a steam turbine power plant located in Mooreland, Oklahoma, within the Midwest Reliability Organization’s NERC region. With an operating capacity of 322 MW, the plant is managed by the Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, which is also its majority owner and holding company. The facility operates in the Southwest Power Pool and utilizes gas as its primary fuel source. The plant is currently unregulated, and its primary gas supply is sourced from the ANR Pipeline Company.
