Mompano Solar is a solar power facility located in Beavercreek, Oregon, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. With an operating capacity of 2 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is operated by Mompano Solar and is unregulated, providing flexibility in its operations. The majority ownership lies with Coast Tiger Solar Fund, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the electricity generated is Portland General Electric Company, ensuring a reliable market for the energy produced from the sun.
