Milner Butte LFGE is a biomass power plant located in Murtaugh, Idaho, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC Region). The facility operates with an internal combustion technology and has an operating capacity of 3.9 MW. It is managed by CAFCO Idaho Refuse Management, which is also the majority owner and holding company. The plant operates in an unregulated environment and primarily supplies power to Idaho Power Company, serving as its primary power purchaser.
