The Millville City Sewer Authority Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is a solar-powered facility located in Millville, New Jersey, operating under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 1.3 MW, the plant is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area. It is managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, which also serves as the majority owner through its holding company, The Goldman Sachs Group. The plant operates in an unregulated environment, utilizing solar energy as its primary fuel source. The primary power purchaser for the facility is the Millville City government.
