Millington Solar Farm is a solar energy facility located in Millington, Tennessee, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 53 megawatts, the plant harnesses the power of the sun to generate renewable energy. Operated by Silicon Ranch Corporation, which also holds majority ownership, the facility is unregulated and primarily sells its power to the Tennessee Valley Authority. The solar farm plays a significant role in promoting sustainable energy solutions in the region.
