Mill Creek Solar is a solar power facility located in Sheridan, Oregon, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council region. With an operating capacity of 2.2 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is operated by Pgr Lessee C and is unregulated, providing power primarily to the Portland General Electric Company. The facility is majority-owned by Pine Gate Renewables, which also serves as the owner holding company.
