Middlesex Apple Orchard Solar is a solar power facility located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, within the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. With an operating capacity of 4.7 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area and is operated by KDC Solar, which also holds the majority ownership. The facility is unregulated and is owned by CI Renewables. The primary power purchaser for the generated electricity is Middlesex County, New Jersey, making it a key contributor to the region’s renewable energy landscape.
