Metro Gas Recovery is a gas turbine facility located in Franklin, Wisconsin, operating under the jurisdiction of the ReliabilityFirst Corporation within the NERC region. With an operating capacity of 6.6 megawatts, the plant plays a vital role in the Midcontinent Independent System Operator’s power control area. The facility is managed by Waste Management, which also serves as the majority owner and holding company.
