The Martin Solar Center, located in Kents Store, Virginia, operates under the ReliabilityFirst Corporation NERC region. This solar power facility boasts an operating capacity of 5 MW and is part of the PJM Interconnection power control area. Managed by Coronal Energy, which is also the majority owner and holding company, the plant operates in an unregulated environment. The primary fuel source is solar energy, and its electricity is primarily purchased by the Central Virginia Electric Cooperative.
