Low Line Rapids is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Kimberly, Idaho, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 2.7 megawatts and is managed by Central Rivers Power. As an unregulated facility, it operates under the jurisdiction of Idaho Power Co, which serves as the power control area. The majority ownership of the plant lies with Central Rivers Power, which is a subsidiary of Hull Street Energy. Utilizing water as its primary fuel source, Low Line Rapids contributes to the renewable energy landscape in the region.
