Lost Creek is a hydraulic turbine power generation facility located in Trail, Oregon, within the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) region. The plant operates with a capacity of 49 megawatts and is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – North Pacific Division. As part of the Bonneville Power Administration’s power control area, Lost Creek utilizes water as its primary fuel source. The facility is currently unregulated and is wholly owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – North Pacific Division, which also serves as its holding company.
