L’Oreal Solar, located in Florence, Kentucky, operates as a solar power facility under the jurisdiction of the SERC Reliability Corporation within the NERC Region. As an unregulated facility, L’Oreal Solar is wholly owned and operated by L’Oreal USA Products, which serves as both the majority owner and the holding company.
