Loop 463 is a state-of-the-art battery energy storage facility located in Victoria, Texas, within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 9.9 MW, this facility plays a crucial role in enhancing grid reliability and supporting the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power control area. The plant is operated by Broad Reach Power, which also serves as the majority owner. Broad Reach Power is a subsidiary of Engie SA, a leading global energy company.
