The Liberty County Solar Project, located in Dayton, Texas, operates under the SERC Reliability Corporation NERC region. This solar power facility boasts an operating capacity of 100 MW and is managed by Recurrent Energy. The project is situated within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator power control area and is classified as unregulated. The majority ownership of the plant is held by Canadian Solar, which also serves as the owner holding company. Additionally, BlackRock is recognized as another owner of the power plant.
