Leon Solar is a solar power facility located in Greenville, Texas, operating within the Texas Reliability Entity (NERC Region). With an operating capacity of 10 megawatts, the plant contributes to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) power control area. The facility is managed by Cypress Creek Texas Solar Tenant and is unregulated in its operations. The majority ownership of Leon Solar is held by Cypress Creek Renewables, which is part of EQT Infrastructure V. Utilizing solar energy as its primary fuel source, Leon Solar plays a vital role in promoting renewable energy within the region.
