Lenoir Farm is a solar power facility located in Kinston, North Carolina, within the SERC Reliability Corporation region. With an operating capacity of 5 MW, the plant harnesses solar energy to generate electricity. It is managed by Solar Management Services and operates in an unregulated environment. The majority ownership belongs to Strata Clean Energy, which also serves as the owner holding company. The primary power purchaser for the energy produced at Lenoir Farm is Duke Energy Progress, ensuring a reliable distribution of solar-generated power to the grid.
